Built for student life.
Student travel has its own rhythm — semester start-dates that shift, visa appointments that run late, baggage allowances that matter more than seat selection, and budgets that are very real. Our student desk specializes in all of it.
We offer student-class fares from select airlines, flexible-date routings, extra baggage inclusions common for abroad semesters, and F-1/J-1 visa timing coordination. For parents of first-time international students — we handle the details that are easy to miss.
What you can expect.
Student fares
Special airline programs for verified students — often 5–15% below standard pricing, with free date changes.
Flexible date changes
Student tickets typically allow free or low-cost date changes — crucial when semester dates shift or visas delay.
Extra baggage
Most student fares include 2–3 checked bags free — because moving across continents needs more than one carry-on.
Global student routes
Major university cities globally — London, Dublin, Paris, Berlin, Toronto, Melbourne, Sydney, Singapore and beyond.
Budget-aware planning
We find the right balance of price, duration and layover — without compromising on safety or sensible timing.
Visa-aware scheduling
Departure dates aligned with visa appointments, orientation weeks and housing move-in dates.
Every booking comes with.
Good to know.
Who qualifies for student fares?+
Most airlines require a valid student ID or acceptance letter from an accredited institution. We'll ask for the document during booking. Student fares are typically available for travelers aged 12–34 depending on the airline.
Can parents book on behalf of their student?+
Absolutely. Parents regularly book our student flights. We coordinate directly with either the parent or student as you prefer, and send itineraries to everyone who needs them.
What happens if my visa is delayed?+
Call us immediately. Student fares usually allow free date changes once per ticket, and we work directly with the airline to accommodate visa delays whenever possible.
Do you book accommodation too?+
We can. For pre-housing arrivals or short-term stays before dorm move-in, we arrange safe, budget-friendly hotels in major student cities. Long-term housing is best handled through your university's housing office.
