Booking a group trip online is a small nightmare — fare classes shift as you add travelers, hotels refuse to hold rooms, and transfers never quite sync with arrivals. Our group desk takes over all of that. Most airlines and hotels offer negotiated group rates we can unlock when you book 10+ travelers together, and we coordinate all payments, confirmations and special requests through a single coordinator.

What qualifies as a group?+
10 or more travelers on the same route / dates. Smaller groups (under 10) can still work with us but typically book individual fares.
Can travelers pay individually?+
Yes. We can set up individual payment links for each traveler while maintaining group pricing — a common setup for weddings and reunions.
How far in advance should I book?+
As early as possible. Group rates are better 6–9 months out, and popular dates (weddings, holidays, conferences) can sell out. We can still handle groups booked 30 days out, but pricing and availability narrow.
Do you attend or manage the trip in-destination?+
For larger groups (50+) or destination events we can arrange a local coordinator at destination. For most groups, phone / WhatsApp support is sufficient and included.
